The space The Space Enjoy a spacious, open‑plan home designed for comfort and relaxation. The split‑level layout creates a natural flow between the living area and the fully equipped kitchen. The lounge features three large sofas, a cosy wood‑burner with a complimentary starter basket of logs (additional logs available on request), and a smart TV with Sky and a DVD player. You’ll also find a small selection of DVDs and plenty of books to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable visit: oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle, coffee maker, and complimentary tea and coffee. A dining table with six chairs and a high chair makes mealtimes easy for families or groups. Bedrooms There are three inviting bedrooms: One double room One king‑size room One king‑size room with an additional single bed All beds have quality mattresses, toppers, and fresh bedding. Each room offers generous wardrobe space, and a hairdryer is provided. A travel cot is available on request, please bring your own bedding and let me know in advance so it can be set up for your arrival. Bathroom The modern bathroom includes both a bathtub and a powerful shower, giving you the choice to unwind however you prefer. Guest access You’ll arrive to your own private parking area for up to two cars, offering effortless convenience from the moment you pull in. Your exclusive front entrance adds an extra touch of privacy and elegance, creating a calm, welcoming start to your stay. Other things to note We’re delighted to welcome dogs, your furry friends are part of the family. All we ask is that you tidy up after them so the space stays lovely for everyone. Please treat the house with the same care you would your own. It means a lot to us and helps keep the space comfortable for future guests. Before you check out, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave the kitchen tidy and pop any used dishes in the dishwasher.
