Large comfortable home with private room in beautiful semi-rural area 40 min drive to Perth city centre. Car essential (train 6km away). Host lives there and will be home in evenings & on weekends, but you will have access to whole house with own bathroom/wc, outdoor area and pool. The space This is a get away from the city, sitting on top of the Bedfordale hills. A nature lover's retreat. Guest access Private bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Shared access to theatre room, family and dining rooms. Limited access to the kitchen. Restaurants and fast food available in nearby Armadale. Guests can use outside entertaining/BBQ area and pool. Free to access bush and gardens on the 1 acre property. Plenty of parking and free wi-fi. During your stay This depends on each individual guest. Love meeting people however also respect that if you want privacy it is no problem :) We cook and eat separately and don't use the main living areas much when we have guests.
