Our large 2 bedroom terrace is located in one of the best parts of Sydney. Walking distance to the CBD, the casino and its many restaurants, The terrace offers every convenience and comfort you need for a home away from home. The space There are 3 separate living areas in the house and a large dining area. The living area flows directly out onto a lovely sunny alfresco courtyard with a BBQ and dining area. The master bedroom, with a queen size bed has its own private balcony overlooking the Pyrmont area and has ample wardrobe space. The 2nd bedroom, with a double bed also has its own small private terrace with views towards Anzac Bridge. There is a well equipped kitchen, with all pantry essentials and basic non perishables in the refrigerator, which guests are welcome to use. A flat screen TV's and DVD players in both the downstairs and upstairs living spaces. The laundry/2nd bathroom has a large washing machine and dryer as well as the shower and toilet. A large garage is located in the basement and will hold a small to medium sized car. Guest access The whole home with the exception of the top/attic level. This is closed off to guests.
