The space A luxurious 4 bedroom penthouse with attached balcony in a prime locality in South Mumbai – Colaba. Perfect for Mumbai looking to experience the heritage and old world charm of the city. It is walking distance from many hotspots like Colaba Causeway, Leopold Café, Radio Club and a short cab ride away to Gateway of India, Asiatic Library, Kala Khoda and so on. Plenty of restaurants and bar are a stone’s throw away. Please note, there’s not lift in the building, flat is on 4th floor. Guests will have to climb stairs. There is also no parking in the building or outside the building, guests will have to park the car in one of the by lanes near by at their own risk. This luxurious apartment is minimally decorated, well light, airy and spacious. The attached balcony in the living room allows you to enjoy the views and experience some beautiful sunsets. The large windows in the apartment ensures a lot of natural light flows in. Room 1- has twin beds and can accommodate 2 adults. It is equipped with a fan, cupboard, side tables and AC. The room has an attached bathroom with all modern amenities. Room 2 – has a double bed with cabinets, side tables and AC. This bedroom doesn’t have an attached bathroom. This room can accommodate 2 adults. Room 3 – has a double bed, side tables, cabinets and AC. This bedroom has an attached bath with all modern amenities. This room can accommodate 2 adults. Room 4 – this room has been built as a self-contained suite room. It has a king size 4 post bed and 2 additional single beds. There is a two-door cupboard for the guests to use as storage, AC, TV with cable. Microwave, kettle, toaster and a mini fridge, basic cutlery is provided. This room has multiple large windows giving the room a pleasant feel. It can accommodate 4 guests. This room has an attached bathroom with all modern amenities. The living room has a comfortable seating area, TV with firestick (guests will have to use own log in) and a dining area. The kitchen is an open plan kitchen attached to the living room. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, induction, cookware, microwave, water purifier, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a bathroom in the living room in which we have provided a washing machine. The bathroom has all modern amenities. The building is completely safe. We have made provision for a security camera outside the main door. There is a fire extinguisher in the living area. We provide the following additional amenities in the apartment to get you started – - 1 set of bath and hand towels per person - 1 set of clean sheets and blankets per bed - 1 welcome kit with essentials (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) - Bed linens and towels are replaced every 7 days on complimentary basis. Additional linen change is chargeable at INR 400/- per bed. Guest access Full apartment and shared areas in building. Other things to note 1. Building has no elevator. Guests will have to climb 4 floors. 2. We have a staff who is usually available in the building from 9.30 AM to 6PM, 6 days a week.
