Captain's Apt – Slow Living on Car-Free Unije

Apartment for 5 people (58 m2 + terrace 25m2)- 1 bedroom, gallery and terrace renovated in island style. Unije is car free island, ideal for people who like to spend holidays away from mass tourism. Beautiful nature, supreme air and sea quality with healing properties,mild Mediterranean climate with more than 200 days of sunshine annualy, rich biodiversity, arroud 600 hundred various plant species makes this island worth a visit. Island can be reached from Rijeka, Mali Losinj, Pula or Zadar. The space The apartment is located on the top floor of the house and its main advantage is a spacious 25 m² terrace with a beautiful view. It is especially suitable for families with children looking for a peaceful island stay. The apartment has 58 m² of indoor space and was completely renovated in 2017. The gallery has now been completed and provides additional sleeping space with two comfortable beds that can be arranged either together or separately. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom: The bedroom can accommodate up to 3 guests. It offers: a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), which can be separated into two single beds (90 × 200 cm) upon request. The beds are custom-made so that there is no gap between them when joined together. one single bed (90 × 190 cm) Gallery: The gallery offers two additional beds, which can be arranged as: one double bed, or two separate single beds. Living room / kitchen area: The comfortable sofa can also be used as an extra bed for 1–2 persons (160 × 200 cm). A common question from guests is about the insulation of the roof, as the apartment is on the top floor. The roof has excellent thermal insulation using high-quality materials, keeping the apartment comfortable even during hot summer days. Several families who stayed with us in August did not need to use air conditioning. Guest access The apartment is located in a high attic, offering a peaceful and airy atmosphere. It is well insulated from the heat, providing a comfortable stay even during warm summer days. Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor and is accessed by stairs inside the house. The stairs are comfortable, but they may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Guests staying 7 nights or longer can use our laundry service. The laundry facilities are located in our private ground-floor area, not inside the apartment.
