Captain's apartment on car free island Unije 49

Apartment for 5 people (58 m2 + terrace 25m2)- 1 bedroom, gallery and terrace renovated in island style. Unije is car free island, ideal for people who like to spend holidays away from mass tourism. Beautiful nature, supreme air and sea quality with healing properties,mild Mediterranean climate with more than 200 days of sunshine annualy, rich biodiversity, arroud 600 hundred various plant species makes this island worth a visit. Island can be reached from Rijeka, Mali Losinj, Pula or Zadar. The space Apartment is situated on top floor of the house and one of it's main advantages is big terrace with a view(25m2). This is specially suitable for families with children. Indoor with future gallery (in February 2018) has 58m2. Everything is brand new, it is renovated in 2017. Sleeping arrangemets: BEDROOM with beds for 3 people: King size bed 180x200 cm (by request it can be separated in 2 single beds 90x200 cm.Beds are custom made and designed so there is no gap between when beds are together). Single bed is 90x190 cm size. Common space (kitchen/living room) - very cozy sofa that can be used as bed for 1-2 persons (160x200 cm). For spring/summer 2018 we will also have gallery with place to sleep for 1-2 persons. Stairs for gallery will be in kitchen/dinning room. Very frequent question is concern about roof insulation because it is a top floor.The roof has excellent insulation with best materials on the market and few family guests in August didn't even use aircondition to cool the place. Guest access You have to use stares through the house to get to the top floor but they are not tought to go. Apartment is not equipped with oven but everyone can use oven in our family kitchen on ground floor anytime. We can wash laundry for guests staying 7 nights or more, it is not in the apartment but in our area in ground floor.
