The place has a dedicated barbecue-cum-bonfire place where one can either choose to just sit around and enjoy a drink or indulge in culinary experiments. The space 1. teak trail farm house has a care taker who stays 05 min away from the property. 2. we have a dedicate kitchen and dinning area, where the care taker makes the meals and serves it to the guest. 3. the care taker makes good authentic maharashtrian meals both veg and non-veg. 4.the property is huge and has one villa and one cottage. The villa and cottage are pretty far from each other, so that privacy is maintained at all time. 5. this cottage tree house room has as separate private pathway and entrance to the room on the first floor. this room has an attach toilet. this room also has its huge private open terrace, having a magnificent view of sinhgad fort and the forest. 6. for couple who want privacy, cottage rooms are the best. 7. bonfire and barbecue is available with additional charges. 8. even a trek can be arranged to nearby mountains with the help of a local guide. 9. cars go right till the farmhouse. 10. there is a fridge. 11. this place is very safe and perfect for group of friends, families with kids and romantic couples. 12. we have a fixed menu, but if required can be slightly customized. 13. pets are allowed, but you need to pay separate cleaning charges.
