Welcome to Heliconia retreat. In this area we have the lounge/dining/kitchen & main bathroom. Two bedrooms with shared veranda & pool. The house is fully air-conditioned. Close to airport, shopping centres, hospital, Uni, free water park & bus stop just around the corner. Only 18 mins or 15 Kms. to Darwin CBD. The local shopping centre has: Supermarket, 2 bottle shops, Pub, library, Bakery, Chemist, Doctor, 3 fast food outlets, Post office & Service station. The space You have full access to the 2 bed rooms, the large bathroom with 6 foot bath (great for soaking in) & separate shower. Open plan Lounge/dining & kitchen, opening onto the shared 6.0 metre wide veranda. Veranda overlooks the shared pool,Netflix, wifi.
