Trees Residences has outdoor pools for adults and kids. Please note, however, that guests can use the swimming pool for a FEE; only TWO (2) guests are allowed per day. Please PLAN AHEAD and tell us BEFORE your check-in date if you PLAN TO USE THE POOL because the admin's new rule is ONLY the authorized representative can purchase POOL VOUCHERS. We purchase pool vouchers before your arrival, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THEM FOR YOU DURING YOUR STAY. So, please please PLAN AHEAD. Trees admin collects pool fees of 150/guest/access on regular days, and 300/guest/access on holidays. Admin office is open from 9am-12nn, and 1pm-6pm daily EXCEPT on WEEKENDS. Please note that WE DON'T serve meals. PAID PARKING is available at the Trees’ Strip mall --- their rate is P30 for the first two hours and P10/hr for the succeeding hours. The entrance to the parking area is in front of BDO. *SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE* If by any chance you have a problem with PARKING in TREES, you can utilize the parking in THREE MALLS. Robinsons Mall, Ayala Terraces Mall, SM Fairview. They are just 5-15 minute walk! Guest access Guests can access the condominium amenities such as the Grand Lobby, walkways, gardens, admin office, swimming pool area, guests comfort rooms, etc. Other things to note NOTES: Long Term Tenants (with minimum lease term of 1 month): Move-in shall be allowed and processed.
