The accommodation is located on the first floor (level +1) of the building. Please note that there is no elevator. The accommodation is equipped with all modern comfort so that you feel completely at home A baby travel cot can be provided if requested at the time of booking (15 EURO extra). Free fast WiFi is available There is a microwave and a toaster, but no other cooking facilities (= no cooking plate) There is a fridge and a water kettle. The accommodation also comes with the following: - Clean 100% cotton sheets and towels (Witte Lietaer) - All beds are made on arrival so that you can immediately enjoy your stay. - Shampoo and shower gel is provided in the bathroom - Tea, coffee and sugar You also have the option to reserve a parking spot in advance through SparkSpot. This service offers nearby parking spaces and is often more affordable than street parking or public garages. Guest access Guest access: The entire accommodation on the first floor (level +1) is completely private for you, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip. Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bed linen and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your stay. - Please remember that you’re staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please note that the city tax of 4,00 EUR/pp/night is not included, this will be handled after reservation and during your stay. Other things to note: - There isn't a washer and dryer in the accommodation, but there is a self-service laundromat very nearby, called 't Schaartje. Address: Schaarstraat 27, Brugge Opening hours: 6 am - 10 pm - There is an extension of terraces of 2 cafés on the market (no music), that closes at 11PM. Important information about events on the square: - On Fridays and weekends in the month of July,-August, there is "Zomeren op de Vismarkt" (music until 12 pm at night) - On the 1st of May there folklore music until 12 pm at night - On Saturday 14th of August, there is "Benenwerk" (music until 12 pm at night) - The weekend op +/- 15 September, there is "Mosselfeesten" (music until 12 pm at night) // To protect our accommodation and keep up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to complete a document around an exemption / warranty after booking. You will be given a choice between 1) a partially refundable deposit or 2) a non-refundable waiver. The latter option is recommended as it protects you in case of damage that would have been caused during your stay.
