Olive Garden

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car. The space It has a groundfloor with livingroom, kitchen and bathroom of around 30 square meters alltogether, wich continues on the covered terasse, and around 15 square meters of the mezzanine (gallery). So there is not completely isolated room. The place is perfect for a couple or a family. Guest access There is private parking for the car in the shadow. There is a road that leads to the level of the house so the acces is easy.
