On 130 m² of living space, you can spend relaxed and carefree holidays with up to nine people. If you are a dog owner, you do not need to accommodate your dog with friends or in the pet hotel. Dogs are welcome in the apartment. Spread over two floors, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room await you. A modern style runs through the whole apartment. When furnishing the apartment, great emphasis was also placed on tasteful furnishings. On the first floor there is a large living room at your disposal, where you can relax wonderfully in the evening. On the large corner leather sofa, you can end the day while watching an exciting movie on TV. In the kitchen you will find all the important electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. You can enjoy your meals at the large table, which seats nine people without any problems. Of course, there are also plenty of cutlery and dishes available. Furthermore, there are two separate bedrooms on the first floor as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet. Here, too, you can review the day with a warm bath and relax your muscles. On the second level in the attic there are two more separate bedrooms available. Another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also on this floor. If necessary, we will also be happy to provide you with a children's travel cot and a high chair. Relax in the sauna in the annex. The sauna is available for your exclusive use after prior reservation. Two parking spaces can be found directly on the property. In the garden there is a terrace with summer furniture and a barbecue. Other things to note An initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tabs or dish soap is included. Other consumables can be purchased directly on site at the supermarket or brought along. The key handover takes place on the day of arrival between 4 PM and 6 PM in our office "Am Amtsweg 1a, 38700 Braunlage." For arrivals after 6 PM, a key safe can be used at the office.
