Tregoose House (The Annexe)

The Annexe is found in the hamlet of Tregoose near Newquay. In the heart of the countryside it is beautiful and quiet here yet we are a stones throw from the beaches of Newquay, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth. Padstow is also a short drive away. The annexe is a self contained unit set on three levels and includes a kitchen, a lounge and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, the perfect base from which to enjoy your Cornish break. The space Tregoose House was built in the 1930's with The Annexe being added on more recently. The house has beautiful gardens and it has a large pond in the grounds, which is home to a family of Moorhen, many dragon flies and pond skaters to list but a few. Deer are often seen in the grounds as well as foxes and occasionally stoats. We have a pair of Buzzards living near who can be spotted on and off throughout the day. Swallows have made nest above the main house front door each year since we moved in. Barn owls can often be heard at night and if you are lucky you may spot one! This is a nature lover's paradise! Guest access Guests have their own area for private parking and a garden area just outside the annexe. The rest of the garden is private but guests are welcome to view. Other things to note The Annexe has new superfast broadband provided by Starlink (installed Autumn 2023) and a smart TV
