Central Sea Stay

Enjoy your time with family & friends in our large outdoor entertaining area & Swimming pool. We are located 1 x street off the beach, very Central to town & 2 mins drive from the iconic Busselton Jetty. The space The main house consists of 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Double Bed & 2 x Single Beds in separate rooms. Then off the decking is a separate back room, which has a Queen Bed. Guest access Guests may use the Pool, BBQ facilities & the Outdoor entertainment area. Please note the outdoor kitchen is NOT plumbed in or in working condition. We are Licensed to accomodate 8 x Guests MAXIMUM & Heavy penalties apply if this number is exceeded. Securely park in the enclosed double garage. Ample parking & room for a boat/trailer. Pets are welcome on request, but are STRICTLY not allowed in the house or pool area. Pets are to be cleaned up afterwards & Any mess or damaged left behind will incur additional charges ($60 minimum for cleaning up dog poo). There is NO access to the shed. Other things to note - 8 x Guests Max (Infants under 12 months excluded). -There is WIFI available. -There is a Hot Water Booster switch, located near kitchen window, if required. Please ensure this is switched off after use. - 1 x Queen bed is apart from the main house & located off the side decking. - Winter months, 1 x nights firewood will be supplied.
