Harbour view family home, Vauxhall

I live in the lovely suburb of Vauxhall, up high and overlooking the harbour, towards Dunedin city, 5 kilometres away. Local shops are within walking distance, larger supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. This is my home and I share it with couples, single people and small families. I have 1 bedroom available upstairs with a queen bed and 1 downstairs with a queen and single bed. Listed separately at VAUXHALL HOME,UPSTAIRS BEDROOM the Cream and pink bedroom is for Singles or a Couple The space The house has decks and outdoor spaces that are lovely in good weather. The living room has plenty of space with seating for five. We have Freeview TV and unlimited WiFi. A bassinet and portacot are available for families with small children, no specific bedding for these however. Guest access Parking is available on the street. Walking down a sloping drive you come to a level area and turning to the left come to the front door. You will have the use of all the property but my personal bedroom, office, sewing room and garage. This includes decks, verandas, a courtyard, the main bathroom, kitchen and living room with Freeview TV. Downstairs is a large bedroom (sleeps 3), a second living room and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The property has external stairs down each side of the house. During your stay I will be available as needed to assist. Other things to note My grandchildren are some times here after school. I sometimes pick them up from school and take them to after school activities. So I’m often out between 2.45 and 4.30pm. I am also out at other times so please use the lockbox to enter the house .
