The space Living room with modern open kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. 3 bedrooms with box springs. The large veranda is especially appreciated by guests. Barbecue is available. Work is underway on a shed for your bicycles with a washing machine, hopefully ready this year. Guest access There is access to the entire home. Other things to note For weekly rentals from April to October, arrival is on Friday after 3 p.m., departure on Friday before 10 a.m. Rates for weekend and mid-week on request for pre- and post-season. Other arrival days are therefore possible. Rates include: Gas, water, electricity, cable TV, cot and high chair. Rates do not include: Cleaning fee: €87- (2024) Tourist tax: €2.04 p.p.p.d. Security deposit minimum €300. Bring your own: sheets (1 person), towels, garbage bags. Our cleaning company can also provide a linen package for you on request.
