Upstairs offers lounge/kitchen/diner having a wood burner, bi-fold doors with a Juliet balcony opening onto a Tree Top View, TV with Free-sat, a DVD player and Alexa. Upstairs also has a double-ended bath, with mixer taps and a shower hose to rinse your hair, a WC and a basin. The property has a drive with an EV charger (at an extra cost) and a small garden at the front with a table and chairs. However, it's located down a quiet private lane with views onto woodland. The property is eco-friendly and has under Floor heating, an MHRV system to circulate the air, PV solar panels on the roof that heat the hot water and provide electricity during the day and a rainwater harvesting system that collects rainwater and uses it to flush the downstairs toilet and feed the washing machine. The property Borders onto Sheringham and Beeston Common, an area of SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest), which means you can watch the wildlife from the upstairs sitting room or step outside and you are there!
