Fully-equipped annex building beautifully located at Hörningsholms Manor. The annex is a total of 120 m2. Good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the annex and patio. 2 toilets and bathroom with shower which were renovated in 2015/2016. Washing machine & dryer available. Each bedroom is just over 9 m2. 4 rooms with single bed and 2 rooms with two beds. Fully-equipped kitchen, cleaning, etc. International TV. Parking space with engine heater. Access to electric car charger. Contact the host for details. The space Guests are responsible for keeping it clean and tidy. Guest access Parking on the property is available. The guest always has the whole house. We never book two groups at the same time. Other things to note Electric car charging is available at cost. We have a charger of 5.5-11 kW (3-phase). It is usually set to the lower power as charging overnight is usually enough to get a full battery. The cost of charging is at cost, i.e. what we pay/kWh. Since we have Nordpool hours, it is generally not possible to give an exact price/kWh, which is why we use a flat rate of SEK 1.5/kWh. We have no separate reading on the number of kWh. If you provide an estimate of the amount charged after your stay, it usually works out with Swish, or for international guests with an additional payment via Airbnb.
