Balcombe Barn

This beautifully presented one bedroom self contained "barn" conversion is opposite our house. It has wonderful views from the balcony and situated in a quiet rural location. The space The barn is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on a quiet lane. The area is popular with walkers, cyclists and horse riders. Other things to note There is good walking and cycling all around us with pretty lakes and views of the South Downs. The Bluebell Steam Railway is popular especially in April and May and we are within 40 mins walking to the station where you can catch the train. You can drive to the South Downs within about 40 mins. Both Brighton and the interesting town of Lewes are about 45 mins drive away. If you would like to pack a picnic we can loan you a picnic hamper, cool packs and blanket. There is a Weber BBQ available for use.
