Salento: seaside villa in Castro

A detached villa with a large garden and direct access to the sea: Villa Meris is a corner of paradise. The space Villa Meris, in Castro Marina, is a small independent villa surrounded by a beautiful 1200 sqm terraced garden with direct access to the sea. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people. COMPOSITION: The house is built on two levels. On the upper floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the lower floor, which can accommodate two more people, there is a third bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The lower part is not rented separately, so if the guests are up to 4 people the lower part remains closed. FACILITIES: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners (hot/cold air) and mosquito nets on the windows. In the living room there is a TV connected to a satellite antenna (only free channels); the kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with stoves, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. The small kitchen on the lower floor has two burners and a microwave, fridge and freezer. In both bathrooms there is a large shower cubicle. There is a washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. Throughout the house and outside, you can access the internet via wifi. Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases), towels and kitchen linen (tablecloths and tea towels) are provided for guests. The villa has been renovated in recent times. Access to the sea is on the rocks where there are various paths with small coves in the water; 1 km from the house is the Acquaviva inlet with a small beach and gentler access to the water.
