This modern ground floor studio apartment is located in the popular 3-star Paphos Gardens Resort in Kato Paphos. The apartment is 20m away from the communal pool and you have access to all the facilities at the resort (charges apply). You are a short 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and the promenade; and conveniently also on the bus route. The space The bedroom leads out onto a sunny patio; and the living area is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is free WiFi . Guest access As our guest, you have full use of the pool area and gardens; the sun loungers around the pool are available for your use. Other things to note Pool rules: 1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. 2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 8AM until 7PM – absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times. 3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only. 4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+) 5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
