Loft in Verona

The Green Apartment is an independent and quiet apartment, renovated less than 8 years ago, with a wide view of the green hills of Avesa. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The loft is in an optimal location, away from the chaos, very close to the Borgo Trento hospital, a few minutes from the main tourist destinations, perfectly served by a bus line. NB: you pay separately Verona Tourist Tax equal from 07/01/24 to €3.50 per person per night, up to 4 nights. The space The Green Apartment is a large loft consisting of: entrance, large living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, coat rack and wardrobes, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, common outdoor space with the possibility of bicycle parking. From most windows you can enjoy a relaxing view of the greenery of a private garden and forest. Access to the apartment independent from the street is via a short external staircase. Guest access The entire loft is exclusively available to guests, who will also have access to an outdoor space (common to another small apartment) to be used as a bicycle and/or smoking space as a shelter.
