St Georges Lodge is in the grounds of St Georges house, the old church. Set in the desirable village of Norwood Green, Halifax, benefits of a rural location easy access to M62. Time and effort has been put into creating a property with a special character, a place to relax home from home. There are 2 pubs in walking distance away serving great food. Located close to the Shibden valley where ‘Gentleman Jack’ was filmed and walking distance from Ann Walker’s Grave. Booking 3 night minimum The space This property was built in 2019 to a very high standard, with underfloor heating. The by-folding doors really enhance the living rooms, with scenic rural views. Built to complement The Old Church, now converted to St Georges House. A fully fitted Kitchen having everything you need. The rural location lends itself to some lovely walks. Easy walks round the village or a bit more challenging for the more frequent ramblers. This is a stand alone house with private parking for 2 cars. No one else will be at the property. The upper balcony is a great place to read and relax while bathed in the sun. The Village supports two local pubs The Old White Breare and the Pear Tree. Both serving good food. An ideal location to access Halifax, Huddersfield and Bradford. With Leeds easily accessible with the M62 being nearby. Guest access Access to the whole property, garden and parking. Private grounds not shared with anyone Other things to note We are not a hotel and only take bookings for minimum of 3 nights. This helps with exclusivity and helps our guests get the bookings they need
