Brunella apartment has one double bedroom and one triple bedroom for a total of 5 persons. There is a spacious livingroom with kitchen, and a large, two-sink bathroom with a shower. Price includes bedlinen, kitchenware, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Use of outdoor pool with breathtaking views on the vineyards and olive trees, as well as car park, and use of the garden and patio around the property for lunch and dinners you may want to prepare for yourself. Guest access Easy access, as Brunella is at the front of the house between two patio areas. You can draw up with your car almost infront of the apartment, making it easy to drop off shopping and food. Car park is 50 metres away. In the apartment we include all the necessary bedlinen, towels and toiletries. Panoramic swimming pool, beautiful garden areas with lounge chairs, pergola, outside tables for dining. Breakfast and dinners are available at Rosolaccio on request, and as hosts we are here to share travel tips and information about local events. During your stay The reception area is open everyday from 8,30am to 20,30pm. We are always pleased to share with you tips for places or events to visit, as well as local information and insights. Other things to note Every day you can join our large, buffet breakfast in the main house which includes home baked cakes, cereals, local cured meats, eggs and cheeses. A local Tourist tax raised by the city of San Gimignano of 1.50 € per adult per night (for the first 5 nights) is to be paid at the end of the stay.
