Lovely sound of chirping birds adds up to a cozy feel. The space The unit is a 22 sqm studio, accessible by stairs. It has a seating area, dining area, kitchenette, private bath w/ hot shower. It is furnished with beds, linens & pillows, towels, closet, sofa, console w/ mirror, cooking & dining utensils, stove, microwave, ref, dining table, coffeemaker, rice cooker, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. It is located in a private subdivision with roving guards at nighttime. Onsite or street parking is available at no extra charge. We have a cctv camera installed, so no need to worry. Residents park their cars outside too! Guest access You are free to occupy the veranda to get the morning sun while sipping your hot coffee. You will love the smell and taste of Benguet 'kape barako' on a cold morning! :) Other things to note No check -ins or follow on guests from 8pm to 10am.
