Situated in a secluded subdivision (PARK PLACE, PUEBLO DE ORO), safety is guaranteed! Derived from its name: HOME AWAY FROM HOME, our place is a 2 storey townhouse that will give you the warmth feeling and welcoming atmosphere with its simple yet presentable and clean environment. In addition, its location has an easy/near access to major malls (SM & ROBINSONS STARMILLS), restaurants, churches, hospitals and schools. Public transportation is as well available at guest's convenience. The space The House is spacious enough to accomodate max 10 Pax for overnights. It's a 2 storey duplex that has a living area on ground floor and family room on the 2nd floor. 2 cars are allowed to park - one at the garage and one infront of the house. Guest access The entire house is accessible to all the guests. However, it's a must to keep the house tidy and free from any damages. We kindly ask every guests to treat the place as their own Home. Other things to note Guests should be aware that CCTV is installed (ONLY) outside the house to ensure the safety of our guests and the premises. Hello! thank you for choosing to stay in our humble abode. Please be advised that due to the current pandemic, guests are required to secure municipal medical certificate as they will not be allowed to enter the premises without it. Though this may changed depending on the situation, GUESTS SHOULD CHECK FIRST THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BOOKING. IT IS THE GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE ANY/ALL REQUIREMENTS AND REFUND WILM NOT BE SHOULDERED BY THE HOST IN CASE CANCELLATION HAS TO BE DONE. Maximum of 6 Pax should occupy the place and NO PARTY of any kind are entertained. We are already apologizing as early as now that our trandactions are not guaranteed 100% at this moment of pandemic as we too (hosts) had been immensely affected by the situation.
