The space The second floor apartment (60 sq.m), situated in the city center and 10 meters far from the railway station La Spezia Centrale, is located in a great position to reach Le Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici. Comfortable, airy and newly renovated, it is a good accommodation for individuals, young couples on a romantic getaway and families with children. It is endowed with a private bathroom, furniture and appliances (washing machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge, crockery and cutlery, hair dryer, ceiling fan..). It is located in the central area with shops and facilities (supermarket, tobacco shops, newsagent’s, bank) and it is 400 meters far from a free car park. -Hall -kitchen -private bathroom -a double bedroom ( + 1 extra bed) -a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (the room has a small terrace overlooking a small garden with two Lebanese trees which are 15 meters in height) Towels, linens and all bathroom essentials are included. The apartment is very quiet and each room is equipped with double-glazed windows and an independent heating system.
