Our no-nonsense City Studios have everything you need for a short stay in Munich – including a private balcony. In around 22m² of space, you’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm UK king-size bed (these apartments don’t have a sofa, but you’ll still have plenty of space to unwind). A fully-equipped kitchen, complete with dining table, microwave oven, dishwasher and lots of designer cooking gear. Plus all our standard perks, including a ceiling cooling system, floor-to-ceiling windows, inspiring art, a super-strong rainfall shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, blackout curtains, private, superfast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV for streaming and a Welcome Kit full of goodies. And access to our communal laundry room too. Disclaimer: The apartment in the picture might not be the one you stay in. ‏‏‎ Guest access Laundry room is available on site, 24/7, free of charge. Other things to note Please note that stay dates cannot be changed for bookings made under non-refundable conditions. This is a new property. Completely renovated in 2021. Guests are required to contact the property directly to confirm availability and charges: - Smoking Fee - Dog Stay: Dogs only. Registered service dogs are now permitted free of charge. Please arrange prior to arrival. - Hardkey Replacement - Additional Cleaning Service: Weekly cleaning is provided for stays of 7 nights or more. The following services are provided free of charge: - Lost Access Card Replacement - Luggage Storage: Free until 11:59 PM on the day of arrival and departure. - Gym Access: All guests must sign a gym disclaimer before use. The bar at SchwanLocke will be operating 7 days per week from 15:00 - 23:00.
