Our newly renovated 1-room apartment is located in the heart of Emden's city centre with a view of the Ratsdelft. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our goal is to offer our guests all comforts over 30 m², which contributes to a pleasant and relaxing stay. Small but nice, our apartment presents itself with the special something in a cozy atmosphere. The space The apartment offers a friendly shower room with plenty of towels. Sleeping comfort is especially important to our guests. Therefore, they sleep in a particularly cozy atmosphere in our bed butt on a 280 x 2.00 m luxury spring mattress with cold foam topper. This ensures both sunbathing comfort for one and for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need for daily needs: Kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washer-dryer and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Of course, we also provide free Wi-Fi to our guests. Other things to note Please note that parking around the area is subject to a fee (Mon. - Fri 8:00 - 18:00, 90 ct. per hour). Free parking is just a few minutes walk away from the apartment in Klein Faldern (about 300 m away). There you can park your vehicle without hesitation and will no longer need it because of the central location for the city center.
