Optional: Bed linen package 7€/person Accessibility Information: The path from the parking lot is about ten meters without a drop. The first 3 meters are on the gravelled ground and the rest on the tiled terrace. Entry into the furnished unit is through a sliding bay on the left. All rooms on the ground floor are without elevation or walking. All the widths of passage on the ground floor are greater than 80 cm. The kitchen has a rotating area and clearance under the sink, hob and part of the countertop. The ground floor room has a double bed 140cm wide, a rotating area and the transfer can be done on both sides of the bed. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower with bar and stool, rotating area and an open plan. The toilet, independent, with rotating area outside, is equipped with elevated toilets, a bar allowing transfer to the left and a hand washing machine. The back of the cottage is full enclosed. Access to the banks of the Loir by a grass road. The edge of the Loir is not fenced.
