Villa JiBas

This recently build villa is located in the North of Phuket, only 15 minutes from the airport. The villa is located in a quiet area with several houses and many rubber trees and has a private infinity pool with bar and garden. When entering the house you arrive in a large common area with kitchen, dinning and entertainment area (TV, Pool and soccertable) with 2 bedrooms at the back of the house with shared bathroom. For any support during your stay the first point of contact lives next door. The space The villa is located in the more quiet North of Phuket, 15min by car from Maikhao beach where also various large hotel chains are located as Holiday Inn, Renaissance Phuket, SALA Phuket, JW Marriott and Anantara Vacation Club. These hotels all house various restaurants serving international food and local cuisine. Within 500m there are various small shops and supermarkets (7-Eleven, Super Cheap) and several local restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In general it is advised to rent a car at the airport for the period of your stay for easy travelling as there is not a lot of public transport. Alternatively you could call a taxi or use Grab or similar or contact us to support you. Only the downstairs area is available for guests which contains 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the villa. The master bedroom on the first floor is not accessible (empty). But at the top of the stairs there are various book shelves with various books to read which are available to read. The infinity pool bar has a water depth of 1.2m going down to 1.6m and 4 pool bar seats and underwater lighting. There is some degradation of the mozaique pool tiles on the bottom of the pool, therefore you might notice some the loose small tiles, nothing to worry these are only for decoration. In the parking a washing machine and dryer which are available to use. Please empty the water and dust collector of the dryer before using. Two times a week the pool is being maintained, but if you do not want this during your stay please inform us in advance.
