Our facility is conveniently located 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing around the city. There are two bedrooms in total. For up to 5 guests, single beds are provided. For 6 or 7 guests, a double sofa bed will be installed in the first-floor living room. Trays are available on each floor. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances such as a microwave, rice cooker, and kettle. It also comes with simple cooking utensils and tableware. The space All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. ＜First Floor＞ ● Dining There is a TV, sofa, and dining table, allowing you to spend your time comfortably. When staying with 6 or more guests, this sofa will be used as a bed. It is double-sized, so please use this when accommodating 6 or 7 guests. ● Kitchen The kitchen space is equipped with pots, frying pans, kettles, knives, and other utensils to allow simple cooking. A refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and toaster are also available. Please note that no seasonings are provided for hygiene management. ● Bathroom & Washroom Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are provided. A hairdryer is also available. There is a washing machine (with detergent provided), so feel free to use it as needed. ● Toilet A clean toilet with a calm interior. Equipped with a washlet. ＜Second Floor＞ ● Bedroom 1 Equipped with three single beds (195cm × 97cm). ● Bedroom 2 Equipped with two single beds (195cm × 97cm). ● Toilet A clean toilet with a calm interior. Equipped with a washlet. ＜Amenities＞ Bath towels Face towels Toothbrush Cotton Shampoo, body soap, conditioner Iron No pajamas are provided. The towel sets are as follows: Up to 2 nights: 1 set per person 3 nights or more: 2 sets per person 5 nights or more: 3 sets per person Guest access The lobby from the main entrance to the rooms is shared, but each room has a completely separate, lockable entrance, allowing you to enjoy the entire room exclusively. Other things to note ◆Important Notes◆ - The facility is located in a residential area. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 8 PM. - In case of any damage or loss of the facility’s equipment, you may be charged for the cost of replacement. - There is no parking or bicycle parking available at the facility. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. - Please cooperate with waste separation. Do not place garbage outside; it should be kept inside the house. If you need trash collection during your stay, please let us know, and our staff will collect it. - Check-out is by 10 AM.
