Enjoy full access to our cozy and comfortable ranch style home including a bright and cheery Carolina room with a beautiful view of the lake. Grab your morning coffee and watch the sun glimmering on the water. The swans and the resident Blue Heron add to the peaceful serenity that we enjoy and hope to share with you. The large, grassy yard offers the perfect area for a family game of corn hole, or soccer. The lake is quiet and perfect for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Paddle out from our convenient boat slip and take a refreshing dip in the lake. There are three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a full and twin bunk set. The hall bath has double sinks and separate toilet/bath/shower room. The large eat in kitchen has everything you'd need for a short or long term stay, fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, and serving utensils. Microwave, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee maker, all for guest use. The patio is equipped with propane grill and upper deck with patio table and chairs to enjoy the serene outdoors. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer in unit. Garage parking for one vehicle and ample outdoor parking available to guests Our home is located on Crystal Lake, one of the smaller of the Carolina Lakes, used for swimming, fishing and kayaking— swimming and water sports are at your own risk. The largest lake, a two minute drive, includes a beach area with volleyball nets and picnic tables. Go another five minutes and there are also parks, basketball and tennis courts, and fitness trails. Note: Community center and pool are not available to guests and guests may not bring their own motorboats. Feel free to bring your kayak or paddle board. Guests are welcome to use of our kayak and lake access at your own risk. Lake, boat slip, garage. We are not available in person, but reachable by text and email. We have family in the Carolina Lakes community who can be available if needed.
