Beautiful, simple bungalow on Lake Neustadt with garden. Just arrive and relax. The lake is only a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim or take a walk. Who is it suitable for? Anyone who longs for a simple break without having to sacrifice visually appealing furnishings and modern comfort. The vacation in the bungalow/garden offers everything you need without frills. Just relax and enjoy nature. The space We bought this bungalow in 2020 and extensively renovated and newly furnished it ourselves. All with a lot of love for detail and on our own. NEW: fiber optic connection; Now also perfect for remote work / "workation"! There is an open-plan living/dining kitchen area with a self-made seating area. The "sofa" is a cozy bench, sofa and bed (100 x 200 cm) at the same time. The cushions are custom-made and are actually high-quality seat and sleeping cushions. Hardness: hard! There is a TV available; our integrated Netflix guest account can be used. Since spring 2024, we have had a fiber optic connection on site. Here you can also work remotely with a super fast Internet connection. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is off the living room and has a door. Here there is a self-built "high" bed on a self-built pedestal. 140 x 200 cm In the pedestal there are a few free drawers in the dressers for storing clothes. Also a few hangers available on the clothes rail in the small pantry. The bathroom is newly renovated. Rain shower and hand shower available. Guest access To the complete bungalow including the associated garden. Other things to note Guests must leave the place swept clean. Appropriate utensils are available for this. We charge a corresponding fee for basic cleaning. The service fee displayed is the fee charged by this platform. We do not provide towels, sheets and bed/pillow cases. Unfortunately, this is not feasible logistically/price-wise. In the garden there is a lounge corner, wooden benches with table, a Fatboy hammock and a sun lounger for lounging. We also have some outdoor games for your entertainment.
