Large house with pool in Provence

We rent our main house. This house is ideal for a large family. The house is located in Venelles (8 km from the center of Aix en Provence) in the heart of the Aix countryside. We are located 900 meters from the center of Venelles where are all amenities and markets. The TGV station is 20 minutes by motorway. You are also 30 km from Marseille, its beaches and coves, 20 minutes from Lourmarin in the Luberon. The space The house is arranged as follows: On the ground floor: - an equipped kitchen, which opens onto the south-facing terrace with garden furniture - a living room which opens onto the terrace to the west and dining room - a large room of 40 m2 which serves as a games room and office - a laundry area equipped with a large coat rack, a large freezer, a 13 kg washing machine, an 8 kg dryer and a drying rack. - a shower room with WC Upstairs : - 1 bedroom for a couple made up of 2 single beds pushed together - 1 master bedroom double bed 160x200 - Queen Size - 1 bedroom with a single bed opening onto a balcony - 1 bedroom with a single bed - 1 child's bedroom with 2 bunk beds - 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub and 2 sinks - 1 shower room with sink - 1 separate toilet Outside : - a large 100m2 terrace with a garden lounge area with a breathtaking view of the old village and the vineyards - a dining area with a large table - a large Weber gas barbecue - a petanque court in the shade of the pines - a vegetable garden with automatic watering - a 10x4 infinity pool and beach with a 55 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view. The swimming pool is equipped with an automatic rolling shutter. You will find a small table and deckchairs there. The house is offered 4000 m2 of unfenced garden with a pine forest part, all in an exceptionally quiet environment, with a magnificent view of the old village and the vineyards. The house faces south with sun from morning to evening. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation. The only prohibition is not to touch musical instruments. Other things to note The house is surrounded by 4000 m2 of unfenced land. The pool itself is not fenced. All tenants must know how to swim!
