Sun, sea and dunes! Spacious studio with frontal sea view, 1st floor residence Artan, Oostduinkerke-Bad. Double bed with premium mattress, 1 sofa bed, a relax chair, a dinner table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed. I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV. The space The studio (In detail): - Bed: The mattress and bed frame are of high quality. Mattrass size: 140 by 200 cm. - Kitchen: cutlery, plates, pots and pans, a coffee maker with free capsules, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment. - Bathroom: The bathroom consists of a large sink and large mirror. There is a spacious shower (place for two). There is a toilet, a cupboard with toiletries (free toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, first aid bag). - Window blackout: there are roller blinds installed. - The floor is click laminate and feels quite warm. Guest access - Parking: Parking on and around the Ijslandplein is paid from June to September, as well as during weekends and school holidays. However, you can park for free all year round at 250m in the direction of Koksijde along the Koninklijke Baan, in the Relaislaan and Golflaan. - There are two entrances to the building (along the dike and along the parking lot). - In the hall is my mailbox (105) with locker in which the keys are located. Other things to note - The key is only handed over via a key box. - I do not offer any additional services during the stay. - The studio is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. - It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the studio. - It is strictly forbidden to bring and light candles in the studio. - All safety regulations are in order. There is a fire extinguisher, a fire cloth, a smoke detector in the living room and heat detector in the kitchen. - The Wifi is medium in strength. Streaming of series is excluded. - Garbage room: located on floor -1 at the end of the corridor. - There is no television. - There's no oven.
