The lake is 250 meters from the villa, you will arrive in the heart of Mandello a Lago or in the square from where the public ferries depart that lead to the main tourist destinations of the lake. The house being in the center of the village is very close to all the main services: pharmacy, supermarkets, veterinary clinic, gas stations, restaurants, beaches and the municipal lido. Guest access If you arrive at Maji Como Lake by car, there is the possibility of parking on the property. The only way to enter is in reverse. There are four parking spaces available inside, one parking space per apartment. The spaces are not assigned, so you park in order of arrival, both at check-in and for the rest of your stay. The width of the gate is 2.5 meters as required by law. Outside the villa, almost opposite, in front of a green building, there are 6 free parking spaces with no time limit. The nearest public parking lot is a few meters away, in Via Bertola. Payment can be made via the column at the entrance to the parking lot or via the app (easy park). Another paid parking lot is located immediately at the beginning of Via XXIV Maggio with the same payment methods Other things to note - Entry is prohibited to all unauthorized persons who are not guests of the property. - Smoking cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the apartment, it is only allowed outside. - Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the areas outside the apartment, especially in the pool area. - The property has a laundry room behind the property where the washing machine, dryer and drying rack, iron and ironing board are located. The laundry door is locked for safety reasons.
