We have a fully equipped kitchen however window and balcony door should be opened if guests cook food with strong smell. Bathroom is private. Please note that we charge one time cleaning fee, hence the cleaner will come only once after you check out. If you want the cleaning service during your stay, please inform us. Guest access It's a whole big building right at main street, easy to access. Guard, receptionist, security, ... all can open the main door for you and elevator up to your floor. Everything can be reachable by walk: + 3 min to center of the entertainment activities by walking bridge "CẦU MỐNG", where you can also enjoy sunrise/sunset + 1 min to all the food places on Nguyen Truong To street + Saigon river? In front of you + ATM/Bank: in the adjacent building + Local market: 500m + Convenient store: GS25, Vinmart, 7-eleven, small super market, Circle,... all around you - Emergency exit right opposite your main door plus elevators are 2 steps away. - Fiber wifi 30 MB - Car/Bike parking for a fee - Each apartment has their own washing machine but in case you still want to have Laundry service (dryer) - shall have a fee - 24/7 security - 1 time cleaning before the check in and after check out - 2 relax spots: Sofa inside and Balcony with whole riverside city view. There're clothing shelves which separate the area and keep your bed private.
