In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. — Unauthorized Late Check-out — Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests.
