Surrounded by beautiful nature, this villa offers its guests opportunity to rest in luxury apartments, relaxation in the swimming pool and beautiful garden, entertainment and active recreation with plenty of sports contents in the villa itself. The space VILLA SAGA PARADISO LEFT WING is a profile which offer a possibility of booking one-half of the villa and it is intended for smaller groups of tourists or business people who visiting Belgrade. The left wing of Villa Saga Paradiso consists from four apartments and each of them has entrance from external space. The wing is for rent as a whole without other guests, but all additional facilities in the house and yard (swimming pool, tennis court, lounge with pool table, a parking lot, etc.) can be shared with another group which is accommodated in the right wing. NOTE: If you prefer to rent entire villa without other guests in second wing, please proceed at the profile VILLA SAGA PARADISO! LOCATION is in quiet residential area, about 10 - 15 minutes drive by car from downtown, which is a favorable location considering that, such a large property with over 1000 square meters of inner space and more then 2500 square meters of yard, can not be positioned close to the city center. TRANSFER from / to the airport by using of mini buses can be arranged per request of guests, as a cheaper and more comfortable option than taxi service. A station of public transport is 5 minutes away by walk from the villa. The best option for transfer to the downtown or other points in the city is to use a taxi. One taxi costs approximately 8 € by daytime or 10 - 12 € during a night. ACCOMMODATION capacity of this wing is 16 persons in 4 apartments: ROMANTIC suite. Deluxe category. 60 m2. Important notes about booking of accommodation: •The basic price has been set for up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge for extra guests. Essentials (bedclothes, towels, soaps and shampoos) are provided. SPORTS FACILITIES. With luxurious and extra comfortable apartments guests can also use sports facilities: swimming pool, pool table, tennis court with goals for football and basketball board. Sports requisites are available in the villa. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET is available in entire house. Stereo equipment with inner and external speakers and with jack for cellphones is located in the lounge with billiards and around the swimming pool. Since the villa is located in residential area, the level of sound is limited. FOOD AND DRINKS. In accordance with the wishes of our guests we can provide all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the villa. The time for meals can be set according to wishes of guests. Guests are offered the use of cafe bar with all types of drinks per reasonable prices (it is not a public cafe bar). Beer dispenser is also available onsite. A large supermarket is at five minutes walking distance from the villa, for guests who wish to be supplied by themselves. NIGHT LIFE AND ACTIVITIES. For guests which is the reason of visit fun and night life, we can reserve best tables in the most popular nightclubs in the city with the entrance to the clubs without queuing. This service is free. We will be also happy to recommend good restaurants known for their delicious meals, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Also, we are able to offer the organization of various activities, like example: sightseeing of the city, cruise by rivers, wine tours, outdoor and indoor shooting ranges, go kart race, paintball battle, bubble-football match, tandem parachute jump, ... and many more.
