Room in family home - near AccorHotel

We live in a townhouse in Paris, in the 13th arrondissement, between Chevaleret station (line 6) and Bibliothèque François Mitterand station (line 14). We offer a private room (which is usually a children's room... decoration to match...) in our house, on slots where we are present. You will have access to the entire house, with respect for its occupants. There is a baby born in 2017 in the family, he sometimes wakes up at night... During your stay We work during the week (except Friday, for my wife) and our children come home around 5 p.m. Other things to note It is a family home, with children (3, 8 and 11 years old) who are "full of life" (music, laughter, games...) so our house is probably not the right solution if you are looking for a place to meditate in peace or sleep in. On the other hand, at night, there is no noise (we are in a dead end => no traffic). On weekday mornings, we get up between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
