Lake House: mini-apartment for 2/5 people

The B&B is 100m from the beaches of Lake Caldonazzo. We have 3 bedrooms with bathroom and 2 living-kitchen areas, a large garden. The property is eco-friendly. Pets are free! July and August: minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday The space We have two different units, each with a private kitchen area. Each unit consists of a kitchen area with a small balcony and one or two double bedrooms (depending on your needs), each with a private bathroom. The two units are both located on the second floor, in the attic of our home. The listing and the price refer to a single unit: balcony, kitchen + a room with a double bed (possible crib) + a room with a double bed with a loft with a single bed (and possible crib), private bathroom (total 5 beds + 2 babies), 2 private bathrooms inside each room. It is rented only with "apartment formula" (breakfast is not prepared) A different kind of vacation... Our strength is the extreme proximity to the lake, the water, the beaches!! With a few meters of walking (200) you can reach the first free beach (in summer with a lifeguard). Our B&B is equipped with eco-friendly standards (see selection criteria of the guide "Do the right thing!"): solar panels, photovoltaic panels, family membership in a Solidarity Purchasing Group, separate collection, wastewater savings, energy-saving light bulbs, ecological furnishings, use of biodegradable detergents, etc., which guarantee guests who arrive receive services tailored to their needs (see the selection criteria of the guide "Do the right thing!"). Guest access Free access is given to a very large part of the garden, which overlooks the secluded back of the house. Between the house and the garden there are also cats, 4 hens, hedgehogs, and birds. It is a large vegetable garden and fruit trees, cultivated with the organic-synergistic method.
