Welcome to our newly built 3-story house in Nishi-Nishinjuku, right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in the heart of Tokyo! Just a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome Station and a 14-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, you can easily access major Tokyo attractions. The number of guests comfortably accommodated is four. The inn has three private bedrooms; upon entering the first floor, you will see three doors. The first door on the right leads to a dressing room with a washing machine, the second door leads to the bathroom, and the third door leads to the kitchen. The last door leads to a staircase that leads to the upper floor, and at the end of the staircase is the bedroom. This bedroom has two semi-double beds and can accommodate up to two people. On the second floor, a dining kitchen space is located at the door to the left. The square dining table seats four, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will need during your stay. The second bedroom, located beyond the door on the right, is a Japanese-style room. With tatami floors, a large window, and a TV, you can relax here and enjoy your TV or streaming services on Amazon's Fire TV Stick. At night, you can lay out a single mattress for two and enjoy the authentic Japanese atmosphere. There is also a second bathroom on this floor. Finally, the third bedroom on the top floor has one double bed and one single bed.
