This spacious and luxurious Chiang Mai river front villa features a large private infinity edge swimming pool and beautiful views over the Ping River and mountains. The space Right at the edge of the Ping River, the Villa has 6 air conditioned bed rooms: (4 double bedrooms with enclosed individual spacious bathrooms and one duplex family suite with 2 AC sleeping rooms sharing 1 spacious bathroom (separate entrance to the bathroom – “guests of the additional "mansard" bedroom do not have to pass the master bedroom of the suite to use the shared bathroom”). The Villa has a private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (11x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system. One unit has a free standing bathtub the other spacious bathrooms have large rain shower areas. The villa features a living room, a lot of outside roofed veranda space and spacious western and Thai kitchens, completely equipped with oven, electric stove, gas stove, large fridge, 3 sinks, microwave… This villa offers large indoor and outdoor living space with ample sitting areas for relaxing, or enjoying a party at your private pool overlooking the Ping River and Suthep mountain range. All rooms have attached veranda and balcony space – river and pool view. The villa features fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the river and towards the mountains. The garden features big trees and is well established. The style of the villa can be described as “contemporary Thai tropical” with a “minimalist loft touch”, simple and “uncluttered”. The Villa features high ceilings and a lot of ceiling-high glass sliding doors to enjoy the exceptional views. The Villa is purpose built as a “perfect private vacation retreat” for family groups of 10-12 persons with additional beds possible for up to 16 guests. The outside area with swimming pool and tropical garden offers you magnificent views over the Mai Ping River. Outdoor day-beds, garden benches and ample outdoor sitting areas provide an ideal place for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the scenery. There is enclosed under roof parking for up to 3 cars (high enough for minibus parking) Catering or private chef service can be arranged to your convenience. We have a second villa for rent (Ping Pool Villa 2) neighboring this property. Both are individual houses and have full privacy – separate garden and pools – still there is a gate between both properties in case a large group would like to rent both Villas together combined for up to 24 guests. Other things to note RATES Web site rates are for up to 12 guests only. For each additional guest there is a surcharge of 350 THB/day LATE CHECK OUT If new guests arrive at the same day check out time is 12.00. Still if there is no pressure we are flexible. There is no surcharge for late check out. MAID SERVICE A basic maid service is included in your rates. Additional maid service is however available @ 100 THB p/hour. NEIGHBORHOOD It is a tranquil residential neighborhood. Guests are required to keep noise to a level to not disturb neighbors - especially after 22.00 loud shouting, screaming and music are not appropriate. After 12.00 it should be toned down to a level that it does not affecting the neighbors anymore.
