🏡🌿Welcome to our cottage in Cugand, at the gates of the Nantes vineyard! Ideal for a duo getaway, with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 4 people. 🌳 A natural and relaxing setting Relax in the garden or explore the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise on foot. Bikes are available for a walk in the vineyard. 📍 Nearby: Clisson 3 km away: its medieval castle and Italian charm Nantes 30 km away Beaches of the Jade Coast 80 km away Puy du Fou 35 km away The space 🏡​ The cottage is located on the first floor of the building. Access is via an external staircase, lit at night. 🛏️​🍽️​ The cottage consists of a large living room including an open kitchen as well as a sleeping area with trundle bed for 2 people. A sofa bed is also present in the living room that can be used as an extra bed. One bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with closed toilet complete the accommodation. ☀️ ​A terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue is dedicated to you for your outdoor moments. 👶​🍼​ An umbrella bed with a mattress and a baby chair are available upon request. Guest access ​​🅿️🚗​🚲 Free outdoor parking and a bike garage are at your disposal. ​Clisson and Cugand train stations 🚄​ are 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. From Clisson train station, you can access the following cities by train, without correspondence: - Montaigu in 8 minutes - Nantes in 20 minutes - Cholet in 34 minutes - La Roche-sur-Yon in 34 minutes - Les Sables d 'Olonne in 1h10 Other things to note 🏡 We live and work (micro-farm market gardening and micro baker) within the same property, in a separate house, and will be at your disposal if you need any advice! However, we will be discreet to make the stay as pleasant as possible. 🐶🐱 Our four-legged friends We have a dog and a cat, both very nice, who live on the property. They are curious and sometimes come to greet visitors. If you are allergic or uncomfortable with animals, please let us know and we'll make sure everything goes smoothly for you. 🌿🚲​ During your stay, you'll have access to a garden to recharge your batteries. Bikes will be at your disposal, as well as a ping pong table and basketball basket. ​🥕​​🍅​🥖​ If you wish, we can introduce you to our activity and show you around the gardens where we grow our vegetables, without machinery, without fertilizers or pesticides, and why not make a basket of vegetables with you, depending on the harvests of the moment!
