We are perfectly located in a beautiful 4 acres setting that is central to National parks, beaches, fun parks, shopping centres & city locations. We are 2.5 hrs drive from Sydney, 2hrs drive from Canberra & 1.5 hrs drive from Albion Park Airport. This is perfect for accommodating families, corporate & international travellers, business people wanting a break from busy work schedules, fast city lifestyles, respite, small group retreats & others who enjoy the peace & quiet of a country setting. The space There are 4 comfortable individual rooms on this property that hold 3 - 4 guests per room, an indoor & outdoor eating area and free onsite parking. Each room is booked and charged separately and requires guests to contact hosts before making automatic reservations. Each room has a flat screen TV, ensuite, free wi fi, small fridge and kettle, tea, coffee, hot choc & drinking utensils. 1 guest room (Room 4) is especially fitted for guests with higher needs & for those who require wheelchair access. Guest access BBQ area and gazebo behind each unit. Breakfast bar at front of house, walk up the ramp to gain access. Outdoor patio breakfast setting overlooking trees and alpacas. Front area where firepit and cubby house is. Front area where you can walk around the garden. During your stay Individual rooms are separate from the main house, although the hosts live on the premises and will be available upon your stay. Other things to note This setting is for registered guests only. It is a private property and is not open to unregistered family and friends of the guests to party or be invited to breakfast or evening BBQ's as it is registered as a Bed and Breakfast only. We are not a hotel or motel, and provide a unique setting where registered guests can experience special moments when stepping out of busy lifestyles and enjoy the serenity of the place.
