Beautifully Spacious Coastal house near the Beach

We welcome you to our home in a beautiful location, that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there. The space The property has all the character and charm that you would expect from a coastal property. The beach is at the bottom of the road and just a few minutes drive from the edge of the Gower Peninsula. Mumbles Village with seaside restaurants and family-friendly activities is just a 5 minute drive or leisurely 15 minute walk along the promenade. This 4 bedroom property consists of a king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, a kingsize bed in the second room and a single bedroom upstairs along with the family bathroom (bath and separate shower). Downstairs is a further kingsize room with an en-suite bathroom and large patio doors opening out on to the patio and garden. This room is particularly suitable for those with limited mobility due to the ground floor layout. If two guests book then we will make up the downstairs room as standard unless alternative is requested. There is a cosy yet airy living room to the front of the house hosting a faux log fire, which provides more than enough heat on those cold winter nights. An exceptionally large kitchen at the centre of the house with 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all that you might need to satisfy your culinary skills. Through the oak double doors you will be greeted by a beautiful conservatory; a large dining table will be laid up for you and your family. If you visit in December you will be greeted by the scent of Christmas, as a Christmas tree will also stand proud in the conservatory. Through another set of patio doors you will look out on to the patio and large enclosed garden. The property is set up for 7 adults comfortably and all bedding and towels are provided. You'll find the property well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated. As mentioned, we have a young child and understand that you can never travel ‘light’ on a family holiday. With that in mind we have a number of items available to make your stay easier (at prior request) including; A ‘next to me’ cot or travel cot, children's toys and safety equipment, a highchair, toddler seat, potty and changing mat/table etc. Should you need anything else we will of course try our best to accommodate.
