Hello Travelers! I have 2-bedroom apartment near to Penang Sentral (Bus, Train & Ferry Terminal) in Butterworth, Penang (Mainland). I'm offer you the master bedroom with private bathroom, AC & fan. Suitable for couples & solo travellers (1-2 pax) The space Dear Travelers... This is small apartment with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, a simple dry kitchen, small living room. My self hold one of small bedroom. The master bedroom I provide for you. It has private bathroom, queen-size bed, air conditioner, fan, desk lamp and facing sea view and swimming pool. You can see Komtar or Bukit Bendera from the bedroom. Living room and kitchen are at your disposal. You can use all that you need for cooking. It's a simple kitchen and never been renovated or upgraded since day one I live here. Smart TV equipped with Chrome Cast and DVD player. I have lot of movies for you to watch at living room. Beside kitchen there is small space provided with washing machine. No dryer machine provided, so washed clothes need to dry at a small balcony with quite limitation if you need the balcony to rest and enjoy the sunset there. My room doesn't have public internet or Wifi for sharing, but you can use free Wifi provided at ground floor, swimming pool area and sky garden. My apartment are located in a quiet & beautiful place in the mainland of Penang. It just 22 minutes walking distance (1.3km) to Penang Sentral (Bus, Train & Ferry Terminal). You will wake up and enjoy the Penang island view & the swimming pool. The apartment complex have gymnasium, swimming pool and swimming pool for kids, free car park (to be registered), 24hrs security, elevators, sauna & steam bath and also sky garden with 270 degree view of Penang. Mini grocery store only have on the other apartment complex, 150m distance by walk. The big grocery store Econsave is located 1.1km & estimated 14 minutes by walk. I provide you with a small foldie bike (free) for duration of your stay here. I also give you separate keys and access card so you can come in and out anytime. I will be happy to tell you about the main attractions of Penang, about the place to visit that worth to see and experience. I might be able to drive you whenever I'm free to explore some part of Penang Island or Mainland. Just let me know if you need assistance. Other things to note There is NO beach within Butterworth area that suitable for swimming. Jellyfish is everywhere. The most suitable and nice beach is in Pantai Kerachut. Very far from Butterworth. Start February onwards, the weather expect to be full hot as summer. When Chinese New Year started, this hot weather will continue for few months. You can ask me anytime if need some support. NO Hot Shower provided in the Bathroom
