The 70 m2 mazet, composed of a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and its bathroom, is located in our landscaped garden of 3500 m2, secure, on the northern hills of Nîmes, in a residential area, 10 minutes from the city center and close to the Espeisses wood, a green area dedicated to walking, jogging and relaxation. The home has a terrace in the shade of a hackberry tree where you can relax in peace. The space Spacious accommodation in a private, secure property, on the heights of Nîmes, close to the city center and allowing easy access to all the interesting sites of Gard, Provence and Languedoc. Guest access Summer guests have access to the entire space, its terrace and the garden located opposite. In addition, you can take full advantage of the pool, shared with the owners on site. We are very accommodating and you won't be disappointed. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool. Other things to note The accommodation is sized for 4 people but given the space, 2 additional people can be accommodated. For this purpose we provide 2 folding beds with mattresses and pillows.
