Vacation home 300 m from the ocean

We offer for your vacation, our 70 m2 house, 300 m from the cove of Saint Sordelin (between the beach of Pontaillac and Nauzan). The house is semi-detached in a small quiet residence and close to the bike paths. On the ground floor, the day spaces: entrance, laundry room, toilet, living room, kitchen as well as the terrace and the garden. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet. 2 parking spots in front of the residence. Other things to note Linens (for beds, tea towels and towels) are not provided. Beds are equipped with mattress covers, duvets and pillows. Housekeeping must be done upon checkout. The necessary items are available. If you wish, a cleaning package is offered by Sylvie, to be discussed directly with her.
