The Orchard House is a spacious, multi level property with stunning 180 degree views over the Kiewa Valley to Mt Bogong. This beautiful light and peaceful home can accommodate 6 guests comfortably with beds and bathrooms on every level. The house is located approximately 5kms from the town of Mt Beauty and 30 mins to Falls Creek Village Resort. It is perfect for family holidays or 3 x romantic couples escapes at any time of year. We are pet friendly. King beds can be split upon request. The space The house is set in a large fenced yard full of beautiful fruit trees. There is off street parking in the grounds for up to 4 cars. There are 3 levels connected by small flights of stairs. The lower level is a self contained space with 1 x Queen bed, and kitchenette. The middle level is a spacious living space and 1 x King bed and includes a private bathroom. The top level is an open plan living and kitchen area with magnificent views over the valley to Mt Bogong and access to a large deck. Adjoining this space is a large bedroom with 1 x King bed and ensuite bathroom. Laundry facilities are provided. We are pet friendly on request The owners maybe staying in the rear yard Bungalow but they will respect your privacy. We expect our guests to take good care of their pets and our house, ensuring that there is no damage to the house, furniture or gardens. We ask that pets are kept off beds and couches and that any little "gifts" they may leave are picked up and disposed of.
